Moreover, participants must recognize that any trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names associated with the Trading Academy are the intellectual property of the Academy and may not be used without express permission. The Academy retains all rights, titles, and interests in its intellectual property and reserves the right to take appropriate legal measures against any infringement. Insider trading, market manipulation, or any fraudulent activities, Harassment, intimidation, or discriminatory behavior towards other participants, Spamming or the dissemination of unsolicited messages or promotions,
Sharing or distributing unauthorized content or violating the intellectual property rights of others. Violations of these policies may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to our Services, without refund.
5. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
Participants may have the opportunity to submit or share content, including comments, questions, and feedback (collectively referred to as “Contributions”). By submitting Contributions, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to such content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. You grant Moneypit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your Contributions in connection with our Services.
